Bet you’ve never seen a woman doing the tree pose in roller skates with a bird cage on her head before. Or for that matter someone operating a sewing machine in a canoe, or even riding a bike across a bridge with an owl mask on and a dog in the basket because the iguana that was supposed to be there had gone missing…. Well neither had I until I got roped into a completely bonkers concept shoot by the lovely (but completely eccentric) folk at Youpi Yoga. Tying dragonfruit into trees, stapling clothes to umbrellas, mobile horsey rides in the sea… by the end of a looooooong day shoot nothing was surprising any more so I just kinda rolled with it and ended up with a pretty unique set of photos. Still not completely sure how the yoga angle fits in to all of this, but there’s no question that the shots are pretty out there, so have a click through and get startled.
